After a disappointing weekend in Singapore, in which Max Verstappen did not get further than fifth place, the Red Bull team wants to bounce back this weekend in the Japanese Grand Prix. Due to the large time difference, fans of Verstappen and Formula 1 will have to get up early. We have listed the times of the race weekend for you.
On the Suzuka circuit, Verstappen is normally ‘just’ the favorite for the overall victory. “Suzuka is a nice circuit that normally suits our car,” he said after the mediocre result in Singapore.
Verstappen certainly cherishes good memories of the Japanese circuit, because he won his second world title there in 2022. With enormous superiority (number 2 Sergio Pérez followed 27 seconds behind), the Dutchman then drove to victory.
This year he is just shy of becoming world champion in Japan. Even if Verstappen reaches the maximum 26 points and Pérez does not score any points, theoretically he can still be overtaken. Read here when Verstappen can become world champion again.

The constructors’ title can be won by Red Bull next weekend, for the second year in a row. The team of Verstappen and Sergio Pérez must have a lead of 309 points over rival Mercedes after the race to secure the championship six races before the end.
