FC Bayern’s last-minute transfer is taking shape

FC Bayern is probably selling another player to Turkey in the last few meters of the transfer window there. There is still time until Friday evening to sign players in the SüperLig – and apparently a top club is targeting a Munich talent. Corresponding rumors have now been substantiated.

FC Bayern’s second representative team will have to make do without Eyüp Aydin in the 2023/24 regional league season. Last season, the 19-year-old defensive midfielder was initially one of the regulars there before he suffered a serious ligament injury in the spring.

Now everything indicates that Aydin will not appear in the jersey of the German football record champions again. Rumors of a last-minute departure to Turkey became louder on Thursday. Apparently there was a transfer duel between Trabzonspor and Galatasaray.

Now “Sport1” wants to know that Gala, the record champion of the SüperLig, has probably received the contract from Aydin. Accordingly, the midfielder is currently in Istanbul to complete the mandatory medical check. If he passes this, the Heidenheim native should sign for three years.

Aydin played a total of 54 competitive games for FC Bayern II (four goals/ten assists), and his current contract would end next summer.

One million euros for FC Bayern?

In the past few weeks, Aydin has been traded by Borussia Mönchengladbach, Werder Bremen, FC Schalke 04 and Ajax Amsterdam, among others.

“Sports Digitale” even reported not long ago that a move to Galatasaray was a done deal. FC Bayern are said to be demanding one million euros for Aydin, but there is currently no other information about a possible transfer fee.

With Munich, Aydin took part in the professional training camp in Qatar under former coach Julian Nagelsmann in winter 2022.
