The month of September brings with it one of the most anticipated gastronomic events for the entire hamburger public: burgermania. From September 12 to 14, you can enjoy original hamburgers, accompanied by fries and a drink, at a special price of $2,400.
This year’s slogan is “show off with something simple”, so each of the participating venues must present a limited edition hamburger, made with very few ingredients.
In this 6th edition, more than 70 hamburger restaurants from AMBA, the Atlantic coast, La Plata, Rosario and Córdoba will participate. This curatorship is carried out by the journalist and influencer Leandro Volpe, one of the three producers of this initiative, known for his successful account @club.leno and for being the author of the book “101 hamburgers that you have to try before you die”.
Pablo Mileo and Emilio Cortés, creators of “La Noche de las Birrerías”, are also included in the production, and the proposal has the institutional support of BA Capital Gastronómica.
The different combos will only be available during the three days that the event lasts and must be purchased in advance through Passline (https://www.passline.com/site/burgermania), where a QR code will be accessed to redeem on the day and place chosen.
3 to try
Although there will be endless proposals, here is a selection of three varieties that surprise for the combination and quality of their ingredients:
Arredondo
Viceroy Arredondo 2562, Belgrano
In this space in the Belgrano neighborhood, they will serve a hamburger with a double medallion, cheddar cheese, onion, sweet and sour pickles, mustard and special ketchup, on a soft and buttery bun.

This distinguished Almagro hamburger invites you to try the favorite Patty Melt, which has a smoked grilled tapa, smoked cheese and caramelized onion, served on a light, golden potato bun.

The brewery with offices in Caballito, Recoleta and San Isidro will shine with a hearty smash beef burger, cheddar cheese, onion rings and whiskey barbecue, based on Jack Daniels.
