A week full of chaos and misery where it quickly became clear that this round was hopelessly badly organized. Thijs and Hidde also look ahead to what is to come in the Vuelta and in particular the battle between the Jumbos and Evenepoel.
And it is also about Michel Hessman and the consequences for the German rider and his Jumbo-Visma team of the positive doping test. In mid-August it came out that Hessman had found a diuretic in his urine ‘out of competition’. Since then nothing has been released about it.
