Being a “business life coach” implies integrating the strategies and knowledge of the business field with the techniques and approaches of personal coaching. This allows us to guide people towards achieving their goals both in their career and in their personal life. Throughout my journey, I have learned that every project we undertake must be in harmony with the vision we have for our lives. This synchrony is crucial for both personal and business projects, regardless of their nature. My main mission is to promote the creation of authentic and human projects, thus contributing to reduce dissatisfaction and enhance individual well-being.
What does 100 PROJECT DAYS consist of?
“100 DAYS OF PROJECT” is a methodology that accompanies people through a 100-day journey, during which we work together to shape and materialize personal/professional projects. The key is to carry out micro actions aligned with the identity they wish to build in the different aspects of their lives and roles. It’s an approach that fuses the practical with the profound, creating a tangible impact while fueling personal growth.
Why is it as important to take aligned action in life as it is in business?
Taking action aligned with who we want to be is essential because it allows us to live an authentic and coherent life with ourselves. When we act in accordance with our values, desires and authentic identity, we create a deep connection with ourselves. This alignment gives us a sense of purpose and belonging, cultivating a sense of integrity in everything we do. In addition, it frees us from the weight of pleasing others or fitting into other people’s expectations. Ultimately, taking aligned action empowers us to create a meaningful life, more of our own.
What are some examples of how “100 DAYS OF PROJECT” has transformed people’s lives?
Daily I receive messages of transformation. We work on projects that range from completing university degrees, to promoting the creation and expansion of businesses, improving personal relationships, and acquiring healthy habits. “100 DAYS OF PROJECT” has been a catalyst to transform wishes into tangible realities and, what is even more important, into results that are in line with the authenticity of each person.
What motivated you to create “100 DAYS OF PROJECT”?
My motivation stemmed from my own experience and my desire to merge my passion for personal development and my business background. He wanted to offer a comprehensive form of growth that would genuinely transform people’s lives, allowing them to carry out authentic and human projects, while taking care of their well-being. For me, “100 DAYS OF PROJECT” is more than a program, it is a philosophy of life.
Rocio, your experience as a lawyer, director of strategy in companies in different countries and your experience working for companies like Facebook is impressive. How do you think this experience influenced your current approach as a “business life coach” and the creation of “100 DAYS OF PROJECT”?
Advocacy gave me the strategic eye, and my experience at companies like Facebook gave me valuable perspective on the importance of authenticity and human connection in the business world. I was able to observe how people want projects and environments that resonate with their deepest values. This vision led me to combine my passion for personal development and business in “100 DAYS OF PROJECT”. Understanding that personal well-being and authenticity are fundamental to business success inspired me to create an approach that would guide people through a process of holistic growth, allowing them to create projects that reflect their true essence while contributing to your well-being.
