RFC Knokke immediately takes the lead after a 3-0 victory

Knokke is hitting a new path this season with new coach Jannes Tant, although the first chance was for the visitors. Goalkeeper Goblet immediately proved himself a worthy replacement for Sven Dhoest. With Kunda, Knokke had a lot of speed on the flank, but the attacker’s sights could be sharper at times. Jens Naessens, Ex-Zulte Wargem, was able to give the home team the lead just before half-time: 1-0.

In the second half, Knokke kept piling up the chances. Just after the hour mark, newcomer Lucas Prudhomme completed a great attack and put the 2-0 on the board. The double lead gave Knokke wings. Jalloh scored for the 3-0, and immediately gave Knokke the leading position.
