If you donate money to charity in your will, you should receive a discount on the inheritance tax. At least, that is what CD&V wants. “There is no sensible argument why donating to a charity is tax-efficient before death, but not afterwards,” it sounds. What would their proposal look like in practice? And is Flemish Finance Minister Matthias Diependaele (N-VA) also jumping on the bandwagon?
