An officer was injured on her face this afternoon when a man refused to leave a care location of the Salvation Army on Nimrodlaan in Hilversum.
A police spokesman told NH around 11:30 a.m. a report came in about a man who refused to leave the Salvation Army location.
The police eventually called in extra units to remove the man from the building, where people with addiction, psychiatric problems and intellectual disabilities live.

“The man has been arrested for violence against a colleague,” said the spokesman. The police action lasted until 1:30 p.m. Photos show that at least a window was forced to remove the man from the building. The police officer was injured in her face, how she is doing is unknown.
