“OMG die ärzte LOL (with horses and dogs)” is what Die Ärzte call their two shows in Berlin-Tempelhof, which are scheduled to take place on August 23 and 24, 2024. Many fans who didn’t buy tickets for the “Herbst des Lebens” tour announced the day before today (21 August) can try their luck again next week.
Advance sales started at 5 p.m., now (as of 8:10 p.m.) only a few tickets are still available for Zurich and Hamburg, the remaining dates are already sold out. But the doctors are already pushing a little consolation afterwards. On their website they announce with cute kittens that they will be inviting you twice to the big open air in Berlin-Tempelhof in the summer of next year.

The band writes about the Berlin shows: “There is always a very special magic over the city when the doctors from Berlin (from Berlin!) play in Berlin. Above all, of course, if you can be there and experience all the magical moments in real time. From the most considerate Wall Of Death to the most touchingly tear-jerking cell phone screen-waving moment – including incessant indulgence in classics of every date, personal favorites and obscurities by the day’s specials. Only The Best Band In The World can do that.”
As in 2021, there will again be a sophisticated sustainability concept: “And to ensure that the beautiful Tempelhof Airport and everything within a radius of around 20,000 kilometers remains beautiful, the doctors are serious about this ‘sustainability’ and waste drastically fewer resources at their concerts in Tempelhof and Climate. And quite systematically. There are also T-shirts, favorite songs, bread beer – and for Berliners with proof of authorization (formerly known as Berlinpass): reduced social tickets.
