Danny Elfman, 70, one of Hollywood’s most famous composers, is accused of sexual harassment.

Elfman has composed the music for numerous Tim Burton films, including To Batman, Into the nightmare before Christmas and Scissorhands to Edward. One of the most famous compositions is The Simpsons– series theme song.

Rolling Stone says that Elfman settled the charges against him in July 2018. As part of the settlement, the parties signed a non-disclosure agreement. However, the case now became public because Elfman was sued for two unpaid settlement installments. There is $85,000 outstanding.

Behind the challenge is a colleague and former friend of the composer Nomi Abadi35. Elfman and Abadi met in 2015. According to police reports, Elfman exposed himself to a 30-year-old woman at the time of the incident and masturbated twice in front of her without consent.

Elfman denies the accusations of sexual harassment and calls their mutual relationship “platonic”. According to Danny Elfman, Abadi was in love with her and retaliated in the form of accusations when he refused to leave his wife, Bridget Fonda.
