In the second quarter, fewer mortgage loans were issued again. In total there were 44,600 for a total amount of 7.4 billion euros, not including refinancing. Both the amount and the number of agreements have decreased by 36 percent compared to the same period last year. This is evident from statistics from the Professional Association of Credit, about which the banking federation Febelfin reports.
