The creator of the Sputnik and Pogrom publication and journalist Yegor Prosvirnin, who died on December 27, was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery next to the philosopher Konstantin Krylov. The farewell ceremony was attended by relatives and colleagues of the deceased, politicians, activists, militias from Donbass.
The journalist died on the afternoon of December 27. His body was found on Tverskoy Boulevard in the center of Moscow, he fell out of the window of a house near the Armenia store. It became known that before that he had a violent quarrel with his wife. All known circumstances of Prosvirnin’s death indicate that it was accident, according to the telegram channel of the “Sputnik and Pogrom” publication. The website of the publication was blocked by Roskomnadzor in 2017 at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office in connection with nationalist and extremist content.
