Emotionally you can be sad, angry, bitter. All this set will lead you to actions that will keep you in the corner, you will not be noticed, you will not go for new jobs, studies, etc. if you are not worth anything Therefore, the results are null…. Imagine if, on the contrary, you have a good self-esteem; your thoughts will be positive, wanting to progress, go for more. You will cultivate emotions such as joy, contribution, growth which stimulates actions such as introducing yourself to a new job, or declaring yourself to someone; the fruits are all good like a new partner, or a promotion, etc.

You realize how you can change your reality by changing your thoughts. This is important!: Words, thoughts, have the ability to alter our biochemistry. The words that you relate to the events of your life, to your experiences, have meaning and have the power to change your life. This can not only change your relationships, friendships, work progress, but also cure or appease diseases. YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE.
