On Saturday (July 1st) Depeche Mode played their second concert in Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park. Already on Thursday (June 29) they were on the stage of the former Commerzbank Arena. Some of their fans camped out in the adjacent city forest the night before the concert to see Dave Gahan, Martin Gore and the others live.

As part of their current “Memento Mori” tour, Depeche Mode have performed in numerous stadiums in recent weeks, such as in the Düsseldorf Merkur Spiel-Arena and in the Olympic Stadium in Munich. The opening act was the French singer-songwriter Jehnny Beth.
