On the B2 there was a violent frontal accident on Thursday evening.
The serious accident occurred around 5:20 p.m. between the Berlin city limits in Malchow and the town of Neu-Lindenberg (Barnim district).
According to initial findings, a driver wanted to avoid a cyclist, came into the opposite lane and crashed head-on with an oncoming vehicle.

Two people were seriously injured. The B2 had to be completely closed for the rescue work.
