Hospitalized Madonna64, has been discharged, reports BBC. Madonna’s manager announced on Wednesday night, June 28, that the artist had to be hospitalized due to a bacterial infection.
CNN-magazine, Madonna is already feeling better, and has been taken to her apartment in New York by ambulance.
While Madonna was still in the hospital, her relative told the Daily Mail that the artist’s family had already prepared for the worst.
– We believed we could lose him. It has been the right side of the current situation, a relative told the British newspaper.
– He has not lived as healthy a life as he should at his age. He has lost a lot of weight in the last few months. He still thinks he is young, when in fact he is not. He believes he is immortal, the relative added.
Due to Madonna’s illness, her world tour had to be postponed. The artist’s manager has promised to share more information about the tour when the singer’s condition improves.
Madonna’s tour was scheduled to begin in North America on July 15. The start of the tour is going to be rescheduled, and the start date is being considered depending on Madonna’s recovery. The changes also affect the other days of the tour.
