A 16-month-old girl dies in the United States after her mother abandoned her for eight days to go on vacation to Puerto Rico and Detroit.

Kristel Candelario, 31, left the girl alone from June 8 to 16 to enjoy your vacation. Upon arrival on Friday, he found her daughter unconscious and totally dehydrated, investigators have reported.
