The public prosecutor’s office is investigating Till Lindemann – and has been doing so for longer than previously known.
Till Lindemann has been investigated for a week longer than previously known. The public prosecutor’s office now admitted that they had to Proceedings for allegations of sexual offenses and the sale of narcotics cannot express earlier due to the high level of media interest.
As a spokeswoman for the Berlin public prosecutor’s office said “Daily Mirror” announced that proceedings had already been initiated on June 7th to investigate allegations against Till Lindemann. However, this was not officially confirmed until June 14th. Previously, when asked, there was talk of a “possible preliminary examination”. The reason for the one-week delay: The public prosecutor’s office must adhere to the rules for “permissible reporting of suspicions”. This applies in particular when a “public prejudice against those affected” can be assumed.
