A wine cellar to dream of, but Peter Goossens is still looking for a sommelier for his new restaurant La Rigue in Knokke. Also needed: a pastry chef, a Maître d’hôtel, a Chef de rang… Three weeks from the opening, the most famous chef in the country is missing half of his permanent kitchen staff. Nevertheless, according to Goossens, it will be a dream to work there: “For those who start here, it will be a holiday every day.”
