Two companies have received approval from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to commercialize cultured chicken meat. A ministry spokesperson said this on Wednesday, after an inspection of food hygiene at Upside Foods and Good Meat. Those two companies say that their products will soon be available in a few restaurants.
