On Wednesday (June 21st) Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band will perform at Düsseldorf’s Merkur Spiel-Arena. The concert marks the start of this year’s open-air tour of the singer.

Further shows in Germany are planned in Hamburg, Hockenheim and Munich in July. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band last toured Germany six years ago.

The concert starts at 7 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m. There will be no opening act.

The last tickets for the Bruce Springsteen concert in the Merkur Spiel-Arena Düsseldorf are available at Eventim and ticketmaster. The business seats and box tickets that are still available cost between 379.50 and 417.50 euros.

The easiest way to get to the Merkur Spiel-Arena is to take the U78 underground line in the direction of D-Merkur Spiel-Arena/Messe Nord. From the last stop it is about a seven-minute walk to the arena. As an alternative, you could take bus line 722 to station D-Stadthalle. From there it is a 14 minute walk.

Park

The arena is best reached by car from the south via Kennedydamm or the B1, and from the west via the A44. From the north, the B8 is ideal, while from the east it is easiest to take the B7 (all take the Beckbuschstraße exit). Car parks P1 and P2 are available to all concert visitors, car park P7 is reserved for VIP ticket holders. It is about a 20-minute walk from car parks P1 and P2 to the arena. The area has a total of 20,000 parking spaces.

Weather

For Düsseldorf on June 21, a maximum temperature of up to 27 degrees and light clouds were predicted. In the evening the temperatures drop to almost 19 degrees.
