Vadelmaclafoutis is the perfect dessert for Valentine’s Day. An easy delicacy is created in the oven, and all you need to do is mix it with a spoon. Thyme is given a festive taste by the thyme, which goes perfectly with raspberries.
Pepper tested the recipe for raspberry clafoutis at Paulig’s cooking school, where a version of the delicacy conjured up by Martto was cooked. The end result is worth trying.
Clafoutis also succeeds in frozen fruits, but thaw the berries before putting them in an ovenproof dish.
Raspberries can also be easily replaced with other berries or fruits.

2. Pour the raspberries into the bottom of the pan.
3. Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the berries.
4. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes until the mixture has coagulated and become colored on the surface.
