Ajax Amsterdam have confirmed an agreement to transfer midfielder Benjamin Tahirovic with AS Roma on Sunday night. The 20-year-old Bosnian is said to cost 8.4 million euros. The right foot is actually under contract with Roma until 2026, his market value is 1.5 million euros.
“Benjamin is a strong midfielder with a lot of possession. He’s a great talent with a great mentality. He will travel to Amsterdam in a few days to do his medical and sign his contract with us,” said Ajax’s new sporting director Sven Mislintat.
