On Friday, in addition to the Finland-Slovenia match, two other matches were played in Group H of the European Championship qualifiers. Group favorites Denmark beat Northern Ireland 1–0 in Copenhagen. The only goal of the match was scored by striker Jonas Wind at the beginning of the second half.
