Racing driver Sophia Flörsch continues to chase her first points in the Formula 3 season. The 22-year-old from Munich finished 23rd in the sprint race in Barcelona, but she was again better than her PHM teammates. Oliver Goethe (Trident) just missed out on the points in twelfth place.
Williams junior Zak O’Sullivan from Great Britain, who had already won the sprint in Melbourne, got the win. In the championship, Goethe’s team colleague Gabriel Bortoleto remains clearly ahead with 80 points, the Brazilian finished fourth. Goethe is eleventh (23). Flörsch is one of the twelve pilots in the field of 30 who are still uncountable.
On Sunday (9.55 a.m.) the main race of the junior racing series will take place in Barcelona.
