How cute is this: bear cubs come out
Mama bear is also doing well. A year ago she was transferred head over heels with her brother from Ukraine fleeing the war. They now have a new home here where they are well cared for .”
De Zonnegloed is an outsider within the zoos. Especially animals in need are saved from a sad death or neglect. No one knew that the Ukrainian bear couple was pregnant. Releasing the healthy cubs in the wild is impossible. That would be the best for De Zonnegloed, but without mama in the wild it is impossible.
