Alpe d’HuZes starts with a thousand participants from Brabant, watch live

Cycling up the Alpe d’Huez was not enough for Iveke van Gerven (48) from Esbeek. That is why she and her team are cycling from Brabant to the French mountain. Part of the team is sick. But a grueling journey of 1100 kilometers and 17,000 meters of altitude does not stop them from raising money for cancer. “I’m grateful that we can still do this together,” she says emotionally.
