Under the motto ‘Giving up is not an option’, participants in the Alpe d’HuZes are cycling, walking or walking up and down the Alpe d’Huez mountain today. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. you can watch the journey where thousands of participants brave the French mountain.
As the day progresses, we will keep you informed of the personal stories and the interim status of the total proceeds. Our reporter Esmée Söllner traveled with Team Assen and closely follows the activities of the 140 students and supervisors from various secondary schools in Assen.
The students and supervisors of Team Assen have trained extensively and have already been able to get used to the French conditions in recent days.
