Schuurman tells RTL Boulevard that in the period after the fracture she was ‘treading water’ but has now ‘surfaced’ again.
“It’s going well,” says the presenter. “It is mainly just enjoying life again and having nice contact with this ex-husband.”
Schuurman and Van Noortwijk confirmed in 2015 that they were in a relationship and celebrated their wedding in the summer of 2019. It was later revealed that they were not legally married. “We just celebrated our wedding in a way we liked. Not for the law and not for the church, but for what we believe in,” Schuurman said at the time.
In 2020, the two had daughter Coco. Schuurman already had a daughter, Sammie, with her ex Thijs Römer.
