Defend yourself from the heat, there’s not only the air conditioner bonus

TO every season its bonus: and also for the summer that is coming there is some state incentive to cling to. In fact, there are foreseen a number of bonuses against the inconvenience of the summer heat which provide support in the purchase of air conditioners, awnings and even mosquito nets.

Bonus air conditioners, discounts at 50%

The 2023 air conditioner bonus is a concession that allows you to access a tax deduction ranging from 50 to 65 percent and can be enjoyed with or without renovation.

Fundamental requirement of the air conditioner bonus, like all other measures dedicated to building-type bonuses, is that payments are traceable. Those accepted are: postal or bank transfer and credit or debit card.

The deduction can be 50%:

• if the purchase of a new air conditioner is part of a building renovation
• if the purchase took place in conjunction with a home renovation
• if the air conditioner is a heat pump and guarantees energy savings

65% deduction: when?

For the 65% deduction there is no mention of restructuring, but of the purchase of a new device that is part of the Ecobonus. The deduction will be:

• if the old air conditioner is replaced with a new energy-saving one
• if it is a heat pump and of a higher energy class than the one to be replaced
• if the spending limit of 46,154 euros is respected

Not only bonuses for air conditioners, but also for awnings…

But the incentives to lower temperatures don’t stop at air conditioners: in fact, they also remain the eco-bonus for the installation of awnings.

Also in this case however, “do-it-yourself” is not allowed, in the sense that not they can be freely assembled and disassembled, but the manufacturer and installer certification which must be sent to Aeneas.

Not only that, because they will have to be built on the basis of the criteria imposed by the community legislation and will also have to be installed integrally with the building.

And for shutters and mosquito nets

Deduction also provided for shutters, blinds and roller shutters. Also in this case it is essential the compliance with Community legislation and a certification that testify to the additional thermal resistance brought about by the intervention.

The so-called are also included in the 50% bonus “sunscreen” mosquito nets that is, those mosquito nets made with the “double” mesh whose part in contact with the glass manages to reject the heat.

To access the bonus, the mosquito nets must have a Gtot solar shading value greater than 0.35 and be mounted in a stable manner.
