Caro and Joep, I really like it. Last week I was already cautiously positive, but after this episode I see it all happening. Carlo thought it was all way too careful, but I think it’s a very good sign that they don’t go too fast. I really liked that kiss on the cheek after the yes word. Better be a little too careful than getting moths on the wedding day. However? And they certainly did not have moth during the photo shoot where that kiss did come. Nice with just the two of you (okay and a photographer and a production team) without all the family and friends. A much better place for a first kiss. And they both liked it, doesn’t seem unimportant to me.
Short circuit at Arjan
There seemed to be hope for Arjan and Maurice for a while yet… Arjan honestly indicated that he wanted to start as friends because otherwise he would get a short circuit, admitted that he is very scared, but at that moment understood 100% why they matched are. He wanted to break the barrier in himself. It seemed to me to be a gain that he could see it all himself, but unfortunately it soon went completely wrong again.
“I just don’t see us”, “It’s not for me”, “Really 100 percent not”, were his spicy statements. I really don’t get it at all anymore. I also have a short circuit. What is wrong with this man? I hope for a good chat with the experts after their time out, because otherwise the honeymoon will be a big fiasco. They can’t do that to Maurice, can they?
Sonny and Dylan
Cute is the first word that comes to mind with Sonny and Dylan. That may not be what they are looking for themselves, but that’s what you get from all those happy dances and heart necklaces. I used to have a necklace like this with my best friend. That didn’t turn out forever, Hopefully things will turn out better for the two gentlemen. But whether it’s a good start to quote Mark Rutte on your wedding day… “With 50% of the information you have to pack your suitcase 100%.” Okay, I admit, I had to laugh. And they laughed a lot when they first met. But is that enough? I don’t know, I don’t know.
Forecast
We made it! All first encounters are over. Time for a prediction: I think three out of five couples in the last episode are wearing their wedding rings. That would be an excellent score after all the failed matches from last year. And maybe a little too optimistic, but hey… hope is alive, folks.
