The team with the best result in the Diili program was threatened with relegation due to cheating. The team’s two competitors Wenla and Cereal used the phone to get customers, even though it was strictly forbidden in the assignment.
The outrageousness of the scam is emphasized by the fact that the product being sold was a Diili boss Jaajo Linnonmaa and a member of the management team Toni Lähti corporate. By doing so, the competitors showed disrespect to their company. The disappointment of the management team is so palpable that the competitors freeze in their seats.
– The fact is that this is a really personal matter for me and I have a big agenda here: I would like to find myself a credit package and a good long-term colleague. If you have a bad feeling on that side of the table right now, I promise I have a really hollow feeling on this side too, Linnonmaa vents his feelings in the episode.
– It feels like a rug was pulled from under me. I’m like, “what kind of guys are you really”, Linnonmaa adds.

The team’s third competitor Tiina was not involved in cheating, so he made it to the semi-finals. Wenla and Viljami get one chance to justify why Linnonmaa would not fire them.
Wenla shows her remorse and humbly apologizes, but emphasizes that Viljam, the project manager, finally made the decision to carry out the scam. Viljami, on the other hand, admits that his performance went wrong, but strongly believes that he has a lot to contribute as Linnonmaa’s operational manager.
Linnonmaa ended up firing Viljam, but hopes that Wenla has learned a lesson from continuing on. When Wenla gets to the other contestants, her emotions break out in tears.
– I was ready to go home – if you break the rules, that’s also a reason to leave. I regret how I acted because I don’t want to be that kind of person, Wenla sums up her feelings.
– I hope that I can be forgiven for this and that I can start a new direction from this. Went to the notebook, but we’ll learn, Wenla adds after calming down.
