And again and again these push-ups… My motivation has hit rock bottom. But somehow I have to get through it now. So keep going.
I have muscle ache. However, in the legs. And my feet hurt. I’d rather walk 10,000 steps together in heeled ankle boots than do any more of that annoying up-and-down pushing.
But then I have to go at least once a week. This time I manage the full ten pieces. Anyway. Half more than before.
And in contrast to the very first attempts, my core muscles now know what is meant by active tension. So maybe the transformation will work out after all.
