Yle news anchor Tommy Fränti has found a new love. Fränti published a joint photo with his lover earlier in May. The newlywed couple posed in the spring atmosphere in Rome at the foot of the fountain.
Fränt’s wife Saara Kovero died in the spring of 2022.
Now Fränti has published a powerful statement on his Instagram account about the messages he received.
– Now I have been told in numerous and very shitty messages how to live, be, grieve. You completely random social media guys have the right answer for that too, I hear. Thanks but no thanks.
– You have no idea what another person’s life is like, Fränti writes on social media.
He has a succinct message for everyone.
– I will continue to walk my own path. Without fearing anything and anyone, Fränti writes.
He hopes that people will stay in the light, because “it’s hard to see anything good and beautiful in the dark”.
Fränt’s writing has garnered numerous comments, encouraging him to listen to his own heart.
Fränti said in an interview with Kainuu Sanomat at the beginning of the year that she does not want to be called a widow or a single parent.
– I’m not a widow, I’m a man. I’m not a single parent, I’m a father, a parent, Fränti told the magazine.
– I experienced the biggest loss of my life, but it has also, in a certain way, clarified many things. I have become convinced that all this beauty can be taken away from us at any moment. That’s why I try to live in this moment, Fränti told the magazine in an interview.
