Six of the seven associations will sign the agreement with the Government next Tuesday that includes an improvement of 450 euros gross per month
Six of the seven associations of judges and prosecutors will sign an agreement with the Government next Tuesday that includes a salary increase of about 450 euros gross per month and other labor improvements, which means the cancellation of the indefinite strike starting next Monday.
With the agreement closed and in the absence of formalizing it with the signatures of the Ministries of Justice and Finance and Public Function, the majority Professional Association of the Magistracy (APM) is the only one that disagrees with this proposal because it does not consider it “satisfactory”, in the words of its spokesperson, Juan Jose Carbonerowho has pointed out that “there is still time to bring positions closer”, although now the situation is “more difficult”.
The Executive’s latest offer consists of a package of €46.7 million, which translates into a rise of about 450 euros gross per month and other labor improvements such as an increase in positions in the judicial and fiscal careers, an increase in the destination complement and the creation of an annual dialogue table.
