Pumped groundwater is no longer allowed in the sewers in Bruges

A large construction pit was dug at a construction site in Bruges and more than 10,000 liters of groundwater were pumped up. In the past, that water would flow away elsewhere, but now it is reintroduced into the soil via a filter tank a little further on. Important for nature in long periods of drought.
