Moscow has fired 25 rockets into Ukraine in the run-up to Russia’s Victory Day celebrations, commemorating the Soviet Union’s victory over Nazi Germany in 1945. Of these, the Ukrainian air force said it was able to intercept 23. In the capital, Kiev, among others, houses were damaged by rocket debris. Nothing is known about possible victims at the moment.
