A truck left the road on the exit of the A2 near Liempde this morning and ended up on its side in the ditch. The accident happened just before 6:30 am. Several emergency services attended the scene of the accident. The driver managed to get out of his cab himself. The help of the fire brigade was therefore no longer necessary.
The exit can still be used after the accident. When the truck is salvaged, it will probably be different. It is not clear how the accident happened.
