An accident happened at the TT Circuit in Assen this afternoon around 1.30 pm, in which a motorcyclist was injured. This happened for an as yet unknown cause and without other motorcyclists being involved.
The motorcyclist was one of the participants in the track day for motorcycles on the race track organized by CRT Holland. Things went wrong on the stretch between the Mandeveen and Duikersloot bends and the motorcyclist fell.
After the accident, several emergency services came to the TT Circuit, including a Mobile Medical Team with the trauma helicopter. The victim was eventually taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
