A German climate activist who glued himself to a work of art last year has been sentenced to four months unconditional prison. The 24-year-old woman, who glued herself with superglue to a canvas from 1504 by the German painter Lucas Cranach the Elder, was guilty of destruction of private property, according to a judge in Berlin. The damage would have been 2,385 euros.
