Large part of the Dutch opposition has lost confidence in the Rutte cabinet

A large part of the opposition in the Netherlands has today lost confidence in the Rutte IV cabinet because of the impasse that has arisen with regard to nitrogen policy. A motion of no confidence was submitted by GroenLinks leader Jesse Klaver, which was co-signed by the PvdA, BBB, PVV, PvdD, DENK and non-partisan MP Pieter Omtzigt. The Van Haga Group, good for three seats, also agreed to sign the motion.
