Lucy’s in Mitte
“Regionality, seasonality, freshness and taste are our guiding principles. We offer healthy, full-fledged vegetarian cuisine that feels like 100 percent enjoyment and not sacrifice. We rely on local and organic ingredients, our dishes are free of preservatives, refined sugar and artificial colors and flavors,” says operator Lucia Fischer (37).
Special feature: There is an oatmeal bar where you can put together your own bowl. The concept is popular: next week she will be opening her second store in Mitte.
