Five refugees from countries in sub-Saharan Africa drowned in the shipwreck of a boat off the coast of Tunisia, 28 others are missing. This is reported by a Tunisian human rights organization. Five people were saved. The overloaded boat had 38 people on board, the majority of whom came from Ivory Coast.
