A woman has died this Thursday morning in a fire in a single-family house in Albinyana (Tarragona).
The Generalitat Fire Brigade have explained in a statement that they have received the notice at 7:24 a.m. and have alerted them that there was at least one person trapped inside.
They have activated six endowments and have evacuated a woman who had “major burns” and by continuing the search for possible victims they have found the deceased woman.
The Sistema d’Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) has also treated a third person with minor burns on his hands and that he was trying to get the victims out of the house before the fire department arrived.

The fire was extinguished at 7:54 a.m. and the firefighters ventilated the smoke from the house –which only had ground floor— and inspected the damage in the building.
Five SEM units and seven security patrols have attended. Mossos d’Esquadra, whose investigation unit is in charge of the proceedings to clarify the causes of the fire.
