four “Nothing new in the West” media books

On March 24, the German film “Nothing New in the West” will be released as a 2-Disc Limited Collector’s Edition in Mediabook (UHD Blu-ray and Blu-ray). This is a new film adaptation of the classic by Erich Maria Remarque. The film has already won seven BAFTA awards and received four awards at this year’s Oscars – more than any German film before it. Among them the award for “Best Foreign Language Film”.

The big Oscar analysis:

“Nothing New in the West” is about a young German soldier on the Western Front during World War I. The protagonist Paul (Felix Kammerer) and his comrades fight together for their survival. The viewers can follow how the soldiers’ initial euphoria increasingly turns into fear and terror.
