Carmen Kroeb-Pinto (51) always votes! At least in the national and municipal elections. So it’s not a lack of involvement. But she is skeptical about the Provincial Council; they feel too far from her bed. And if she is not convinced of the importance of that layer of government, she will not vote again this year, just like the times before.
The provincial elections will be held on March 15. But what does the Province actually do for us and how can we influence this by casting our vote? This is not clear to Carmen, Teuntje and Mohammad.
None of the three have previously voted provincially. In the series ‘Choose!’ NH will join them in nine episodes in search of more insight into the work of the province. So that they can enter the voting booth with sufficient knowledge on election day. In this third episode we follow Carmen on her way to the polls.
