What are the five keys that lead to success?

To be an entrepreneur, you have to develop an idea based on the contribution of value and put it into operation, which is the most difficult part, because there are many brilliant ideas that never come to light or die at the first obstacle. I believe that the main keys to success are more related to soft skills. Purpose, passion and motivation, being positive and optimistic. Be persevering and tolerant of frustration. Have a balance between ego and humility. Finally, knowing how to create a team by identifying the talents for each role.

What strategies do you consider are essential to capitalize on mistakes or failures during the start-up process?

Understand that without failure there is no success. That failure is part of the learning process. Measure the risk, risk, be attentive, measure the result, react, learn and correct. On my way developing original technology I failed many times until I found the algorithm that revolutionizes the human resources sector.

How should a product or service be presented to a potential financier in order to obtain economic and financial capital?

It depends on the profile of the investor and especially the moment in which you seek financing.

The confidence and passion and commitment that the entrepreneur transmits are key.

Then a Business plan that makes the purpose very clear, the differential value that you are going to add in the market and show a sustainable and adaptable project to the future of such dizzying changes.

What conditions must a product or service have in order to be sold in the local market?

In my case, I developed a Global Software platform. The key is that the communication adapts to each local market, not only in terms of language but also in terms of culture. Being able to have local collaborators and alliances helps build trust.

What are the steps a startup must follow to reach global markets?

The technology that I patented is already operational in more than 50 countries. Once we had our first local success stories and were able to ensure the quality and structure to scale. It was key to generate a Partners program, getting them to incorporate my tool as part of their consulting services or programs. A proposal that added value to the business of our international Partners, a well-structured implementation and training model.
