Dylan Groenewegen has won the fifth stage in the tour of the United Arab Emirates after a mass sprint. Fernando Gaviria and Sam Bennett, among others, were too fast for the 29-year-old from Amsterdam.
It is Groenewegen’s second victory of the season. The cyclist from Amsterdam has already won a stage in the Tour of Saudi Arabia. Olav Kooij, another Dutchman, was ninth.
