Finland’s ski jumping and combined teams have been named to the World Championships in Planica.
A hill jumper violently thrown into the snow Jenny Rautionaho has recovered to race condition.
Rautionaho crashed in the Willingen World Cup competition at the beginning of February. He was hospitalized, but got out after three nights.
There were no big surprises in the combined team, but the team is starred by, among others, Ilkka Herola and Eero Hirvonen. One of the athletes named to the men’s team stays at home as a substitute. The selection of the reserve athlete will be made after the Kuopio WC on February 19.
