Kitten rescued from meters high tree after days

The sigh of relief could almost literally be heard on Friday afternoon in the Westerpark in Den Bosch. After three days and cold nights, a young cat was rescued from the top of a tall tree. According to bystanders, the animal is doing well under the circumstances, but it had big eyes.

Despite the cold, the local residents could not get the cat out of the tree in the Westerpark in recent days. The fire brigade was called again on Friday, but they could not enter the park because there were posts. Some of the fifty local residents present then pulled the posts out of the ground.

Moments later, the fire brigade had the cat out of the tree. Because the owner is unknown, the animal ambulance takes him.
